Payment and delivery
We accept payment via:
Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Mobilepay, Vipps, Swish, Klarna.
The total price of the order, including VAT, any charges, delivery costs, etc. will appear in connection with placing your order at flensted-mobiles.com.
Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that individual delivery methods may be limited in certain areas and postcodes. Only valid delivery methods will be visible when placing your order.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the next day. This applies on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery is via GLS standard shipping, and the expected delivery time is 2-4 days in Denmark and 3-7 days in Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific destination.
The shipping cost is added to the stated price. You select the shipping method at the end of the checkout process. A payment fee may be charged depending on the selected payment method.
Right of cancellation
The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers who purchase through flensted-mobiles.com and not for purchases from retailers selling our products. Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal. You have the right, without giving any reason, to cancel an order up to 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not the carrier) has received the product in your/their physical possession.
If an order includes several products and we cannot deliver them simultaneously, the right of withdrawal applies from the time when you or another person of your choice (not the carrier) receives the last product in your/their physical possession.
If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas, or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
How to exercise the right of cancellation
To cancel your order, simply let us know that you would like to cancel. Send an email to our customer service team at info@flensted-mobiles.com and include the order number from your order confirmation. We are here to help, so if you have decided to change your mind, don't hesitate to contact us! You cannot cancel by refusing receipt of the product or failing to collect it without also notifying us of your cancellation.
You can use the standard cancellation form by law (use this link to the form: https://www.retsinformation.dk/Forms/R0710.aspx?id=160666#Bil3), which can be found at the end of the terms, but it is not mandatory. If you use the cancellation form, we will confirm receipt of the cancellation via email. The cancellation form will be sent to you along with our purchase confirmation.
The right of withdrawal is maintained if you send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.
Returning the product and return costs
If you cancel the purchase of a product, you must send or return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us, that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the products before the 14 days expire. You must pay for returning the products.

"RETURN"
If you wish to return your goods, you must drop off your return package at a GLS parcel shop. Remember to get a receipt for dropping off the package. Once we have received and accepted the returned products, you will receive a refund within 1-7 working days.
Exchange
If you want another item, simply place a new order on our webshop and return the items you do not want.
Refunds
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund the payment for the item, but not the delivery costs. If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer, you will not receive a refund for this extra cost. The amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that the products have been returned.
We will make refunds using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged in connection with the refund. When your refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and should appear within 1-7 working days.
Inspection of product and packaging
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality.
You may inspect the product in the same way as is possible in a store, but you must not hang it up. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed and we cannot sell the product again or cannot sell it at full price again, expect that we will deduct the reduction in value from the amount refunded to you. If the product no longer has commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You must also ensure that the product is correctly packaged when returning it. You are responsible for the package/products until we receive them. Therefore, keep your shipping receipt and, if applicable, the tracking number.
Complaints – If something is wrong with the product
If there is a defect in a product, such as an equipment or manufacturing defect, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You can make a complaint about a defect by contacting us via email: info@flensted-mobiles.com. We ask you to provide as many details as possible about the problem and, if possible, attach pictures and/or video of the complaint. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
Remember, the product must always be sent in protective packaging, and you must obtain a receipt for the shipment. Keep your shipping receipt, including information on shipping costs and any tracking number.
Complaint options
If we cannot agree on handling a complaint, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board, Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk. The complaint can be submitted by filling out a complaint form via www.minsag.forbrug.dk. You can also use the European Union complaint portal: ODR.

We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of typographical or printing errors.
Prices & Payment Terms
- All prices are stated per mobile unit.
- Minimum order value applies; orders below the minimum order value are subject to a handling surcharge.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Standard payment terms: 30 days net from the invoice date. A late payment interest will be charged per month after the due date.
- New customers are required to make prepayment.
- Payment method: SEPA Direct Debit.
- Reminder fee will be charged for payment reminders.
- Ownership of the delivered goods remains with Flensted Mobiler ApS until all outstanding claims have been settled in full.
Delivery & Freight
Delivery terms: DAP (Delivered at Place) within Europe. Deliveries outside the EU are made EXW (Ex Works) Denmark.
Freight charges are applicable and vary by country.
Customs clearance fees apply for certain countries.
Communication & Newsletters
By becoming a customer of Flensted Mobiler ApS, you accept that all correspondence, including order confirmations, invoices, price updates, and other relevant information, will be sent via email. This also includes newsletters containing essential information for appointed Flensted dealers. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by using the link provided in each newsletter or by contacting sales@flensted-mobiles.com.
