Many people are surprised by how easy it is to hang a mobile. Most Flensted mobiles require very little and can often be hung from a simple pin or hook, depending on the weight of the mobile and the surface above it. We generally recommend giving a mobile plenty of space around it. A corner of a room often works particularly well, allowing the mobile to turn freely and cast changing shadows on nearby walls. Those shadows become part of the experience – almost like a second life of the mobile. Whether you choose a ceiling hook, a wall hanger or a table display, the most important thing is finding a place where the mobile has room to move.
