When you visit flensted-art.com, we automatically collect information about you and your use of our website. This is done to optimize your experience as a user, the functionality of the website, and to allow us to perform targeted marketing, including retargeting through platforms such as Facebook and Google. This use may include surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, user experience, services, and technologies as well as displaying content and advertisements tailored to your interests and hobbies. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information such as your name, email address, and shopping habits. The legal basis for processing is found in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, specifically Section 1, Point (b) regarding the performance of a contract, Point (c) concerning mandatory legal obligations such as retention of transaction information under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, and Point (f) concerning the pursuit of legitimate interests, which means the continuous improvement of products, services, and shopping experiences as well as recording your preferences, etc., to target our discount campaigns and advertisements at you to improve your user experience. Additionally, we process your personal data under Article 6, Section 1, Point (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation when you have given your explicit consent, such as when reading our newsletters or as a customer in our webshop.

Provision of personal data may be necessary if we are to deliver products that you have purchased in our webshop. We cannot deliver our products unless you provide us with the necessary information.

Flensted Mobiles ApS uses data processors, including suppliers of software, web hosting, social and professional backups, security, and storage. For this reason, your personal data will be processed by third parties, instructed by Flensted Mobiler ApS.
