Terms and conditions for Web Shop order at Flensted Mobiler aps
Flensted Mobiles USA accepts the following payments:
VISA, Mastercard American Express and Discover Cards. Flensted Mobiles USA uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your card information.
All amounts are in USD. Orders shipped to Texas addresses are charged sales tax.

Flensted Mobiles USA ships on most business days, either with USPS or UPS.
Flensted Mobiles USA offer a 2 year warranty however, the warranty does not apply to errors or damage done by incorrect operation of the mobile (could be hanging in a very drafty area).

We do not accept COD returns. All returns must be preapproved and shipped prepaid.
Flensted Mobiles USA is responsible for the information you provide, and we do not share it with anyone. We do keep it on file for future orders or references. We keep and save the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, ph.#, email address, transaction amount and date. We register and only pass on the personal information to carrier that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
You can sign up for our newsletter on our website. When registering, we will register your e-mail address and the information you have provided in this connection. This information is only used by Flensted Mobiles (we do not share it with anyone else) when we send out newsletters and promotions. You can unsubscribe directly in the newsletter or on our website.
We give 14 days full return on mobiles purchased in our Webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days to recieve credit. The notification must be given per. email at email@example.com. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send by return. You can find it here: download cancellation form. You cannot regret by simply refusing receipt without having agreed with us at the same time. The condition of the item when you return it must be in original packing and be in sellable condition.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine whether the mobile is as desired in the same way as if you saw it on our site.
In order for the mobile not to tangle or otherwise be damaged during the return, it is important that it is packed in the same way it was received. We recommend that you take a photo if you are in doubt while unpacking your mobile.
If the mobile is handled beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the mobile.
Therefore, in order to receive the entire purchase amount return, you must do only the same as you can in a physical store. You may look at the item, but do not use it for real use.
